    Dodatek Colt Express: Szeryf i Więźniowie wprowadza trójwymiarowy model wagonu więziennego. Szeryf Samuel Ford - nowa grywalna postać posiadająca odmienne cele niż bandyci (spełniając 4 nich - wygrywa rozgrywkę), dzięki karcie Pojmanie może zamykać bandytów w celi Wagonu Więziennego.

    Nie zapominajmy o Mei - zasilającej szeregi Bandytów zwinnej akrobatce, która z łatwością wspina się po wagonach. Jej specjalna zdolność aktywuje się podczas zagrania karty Zmiany Poziomu - wówczas może ona przemieścić się "po przekątnej", czyli przesunąć się do wewnątrz lub na dach sąsiedniego wagonu.
